- Add organized docs structure: core/, grpc/, providers/, pipeline/, audio/, architecture/
- Generate ~600KB documentation covering all 86 config params, GPU/VRAM management,
  gRPC protocol, ML providers (STT, VAD, Diarization, Embedding), pipeline orchestration
- Create README indexes for each section with cross-references
- Update main README.md and CLAUDE.md with documentation navigation
- Move PROVIDER_ARCHITECTURE.md to docs/architecture/
