- WS hydrocore: timeout 10s su _channel.ready con fallback reconnect
- Fix splash: 3 retry forzati e falso stato connesso post-switch
- Refactor: rimosso _attemptReconnect e _verifyConnectionAlive da BleRepository (logica spostata nell'orchestrator)
